Every time there’s a loading screen: 10 squats.
Every time I complete a quest: 25 squats, 10 lunges per side, and 25 glute kick backs with 3 pounds behind my knee.
Every time I level up: Do everything for completing a quest, plus 30 seconds of jumping jacks between each set.
